This huge tower is supposed to be a construction project in Kuwait. Some say it is a hoax, others say it is real and that the tower should be completed by 2010. I'll believe it when I see it.
Dubai maybe. Kuwait never. This place can't even pave a road or build a 12-storey apartment that isn't beige. That cobra, nor anything like it, will ever be built in Kuwait. Ever. not even 'just not in my lifetime'.
I feel the design is a bit un-Islamic. Besides, the name Cobra reeks of beer. Are we sure they don't want to put this through a Parliamentary committee's litmus test?? Maybe they could even grill the architect and lead designer too!
Cool! just the castles made of sand which fall in to the sea eventually , this one may fall even before it's drawn ...hehe

What is this monstrosity? From the looks of it, it looks architecturally feasible (since there is an enormous column in the middle).
