i love getting massages, and i get them ona regular basis... but i have this problem which keeps me from fully enjoying them

my muscles are completely relaxed, but my mind doesnt stop working, it rehashes things, conversations, situations, work, tries to solve problems, makes plans... or for the very least i have a song stuck in my head

then i catch myself, and try to "free my mind" as i call it, which works for a minute, then it starts all over again

does anyone have any tricks or advice on how to "shut down ?"

as u can see sometimes my downloads are reallllly slow . how can i get them to improve ? i heard of port forwarding, but arent there any softwares which magically make the dowloads better ? i have a pretty good internet speed so i'm sure theres room for dowload improvement...

as i read jewaira's post about the cannon going off for fu6oor time, i wondered about the people/audience who sit at the scene to watch it/hear it live, u can see them on TV during the daily airing of the event...

wouldnt they rather be in the coziness of their own home, sitting at their dining room table ? i mean it's humid outside, and the cannon is damn loud; to each their own i guess

i dunno whether its the lack of cafeine or the fact that i'm going to bed so late, but i seriously have to make a tremendous effort to keep my eyelids from closing right now

i'm at the office but my added value is minute , and whatever few brain cells i had were used up writing this post...

i just finished downloading "chrome" the new Google browser, seems very user friendly.

i can get used to this, click on the picture to find out more about Chrome.
