- no noise (no fan preferably)

- for generla browsing use, eiditing etc; not much downloading or media use

My next car

i decided that this will be my next car. it's gorgeous, it's fast, and it's german.

Heart attack grill

it seems there is a burger restaurant / grill which serves food that is so unhealthy, it's called the heart attack grill.

the place is set up like a hospital, with waitresses dressed in sexy nurse outfits, and the menu has items called flatliner fries, quadruple bypass burger (see pic below), ...

they market themselves as the ultimate health hazard, which is a concept called anti-marketing, and it works !

i love getting massages, and i get them ona regular basis... but i have this problem which keeps me from fully enjoying them

my muscles are completely relaxed, but my mind doesnt stop working, it rehashes things, conversations, situations, work, tries to solve problems, makes plans... or for the very least i have a song stuck in my head

then i catch myself, and try to "free my mind" as i call it, which works for a minute, then it starts all over again

does anyone have any tricks or advice on how to "shut down ?"
