Gymin' It

Just joined the gym recently, and want to share my "shape up and look like the guys from 300 program" hehe

Day 1: Chest & Biceps
Day 2: Back & Triceps
Day 3: Shoulders & Abs
and this repeats

Daily:
The first hour is cardio & stretching, and after the workout its Squash for a minimum of 2 hours.

In less than 6 months, I'll be ripped like the paper in my bosses garbage can.

  3. I tried gymming but to no avail. And right now with my 9 hour job and 4 hour driving I don't have any energy for a gym.

    I will remain skinny and boney till the end of time

    the criticizer: i am gonna do that soon, just warming up and doing alot of cardio before the acual bodybuilding

    kj: 9+4= 13 hours a day..... i'm a work everyday for at least 13 hours, if i can go to the gym after 13-16 hours of work anyone can.... when there's a will there's a way ;)

    dude, wherethe hell do you live and whhyyyyy.. it takes you 4 hours a day ????????
