depends on your ISP, who do you deal with?
Doesn't Quality Net censor everything in Kuwait? Don't worry I'm not interested but just thought it was funny that you not only can't get them here, but you also can't see the site.
getting them here will be hard, i mean tough hehe, but i don't know about the censorship, it works with me and i use the worst ISP ever (showtime) whats it called united direct??
