OK, i just passed by this complex today.. it's the exit bridge on the way to Kuwait city... jabriya on the right & hawally on the right .. this complex is close to this english school, i dunno it's name... it is a complex made up from 3 buildings right on the street corner..
if you are on fahehel highway going to Kuwait City you'll see it on your left just after 4th ring road. they are 5 identical towers, I think they're called lo'luat al9araf! I think you took the pic on the 4th ring road exit to fahehel(opposite Kuwait City)

I know this place, between 7awally and jabriya...that's an answer but not official
this is heading back from 7awali if you go the other side you can see ASK and the old university.
which means the car is heading back to kuwait city .
and that's opposite jabriya, no? that's near al-bahar center thingy and the umm....dayum

i don't know what to say, i think everyone got it wrong.
This is the exit from the fourth (salmiya) getting on the faheheel expressway towards faheheel(not kuwait city)
momo you are the only contestant that recognized that this is the exit going opposite kuwiat city, you get the POINT
No no no we can't accept that, we'll go on strike, u want the area not the street, we all know where that building is.
