how come people say TK (= typical kuwaiti) all the time but no ones says TL, or TE, or TS, or TQ ?

Actually lots of people say typical Egyptian often.
It all started with typically English which I believe is a feature film.

There can be a typical anything save Indian with that smorgasbord, which is India and things Indian.
Such variety I tell you!
