The 300 KD a month is an incentive for them not to work? Hmm.
I tell you it's an inducement to getting women to only do their conjugal duties and well, in hopes they may copulate like wild bunnies. It has an anti-social dimension too in that it would spike the obesity rate in women some more leading to their extermination before it is time for the next parliamentary elections.
The only sure shot way to aborting this bill is by warning of the impending dangers of women sat at home watching steamy TV soaps and music videps or chatting up "ajnabi" men on the world wide web.
But surely, they can top this up with a KD 600 allowance for men to sit at home doing absolutely nothing other than policing their women and becoming their minders 25/7.

As for paying people to stay at home, I actually wish they would. Because the government is paying far more to keep people in meaningless government jobs so that they can socialize, gorge, have teatime, and do a little bit of work.
