when u slip into your warm bed after a long day knowing that u can sleep in the next day
when u have a bite of a delicious looking dessert and it turns out evern more delicious than u thought it would be
when u lie down on the beach with a good book, your ipod, and no worries
when u find money u'd forgotten about in your pocket
when an item you absolutely love turns out to be on sale
when a song u like plays on the radio
when u find a parking spot right in front of the entrance
when your new haircut turns out to be amazing
when u cross the finish line of a marathon
when u wake up at 7am and realize it's the weekend and u can go back to sleep....

If the population of the Earth was reduced to that of a small town with 100 people, it would look something like this?
14% Americans (northern and southern)
6 people would own 59% of the whole world wealth and all of them will be from the United States of America
80% would have bad living conditions
70% would be uneducated
1 would die
2 would be born
1 would have a computer
1 (only one) will have higher education
When you look at the world from this point of view, you can see there is a real need for solidarity, understanding, patience and education?
Also think about the following:
This morning, if you woke up healthy, then you are happier than the 1 million people that will not survive next week.
If you never suffered a war, the loneliness of the jail cell, the agony of torture, or hunger, you are happier than 500 million people in the world.
If you can enter into a church or mosque without fear of jail or death, you are happier then 3 million people in the world.
If there is a food in your fridge, you have shoes and clothes, you have bed and a roof, you are richer then 75% of the people in the world.
If you have bank account, money in your wallet and some coins in the money-box, you belong to the 8% of the people on the world, who are well-to-do.
If you read this you are blessed because:
- you don't belong to the 200 million people that cannot read.
- and you have a computer!

A husband wrote the following letter for his wife and left it on the dining room table:
"To My Dear Wife,
You will surely understand that I have certain needs that you, being 54 years old, can no longer satisfy. I am very happy with you and I value you as a good wife. Therefore after reading this letter, I hope that you will not wrongly interpret the fact that I will be spending the evening with my 18 year old secretary at the Comfort Inn Hotel. Please don't be upset. I shall be back home before midnight."
When the man came home late that night, he found the following letter on the dining room table:
"My Dear Husband,
I received your letter and thank you for your honesty about my being 54 years old. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you are also 54 years old. As you know, I am a math teacher at our local college. I would like to inform you that while you read this, I will be at the Hotel Fiesta with Michael, one of my students, who is also the assistant tennis coach. He is young, virile, and like your secretary, is 18 years old.
As a successful businessman who has an excellent knowledge of Math, you will understand that we are in the same situation, although with one small difference. 18 goes into 54 a lot more times than 54 goes into 18. Therefore, I will not be back home until sometime tomorrow."

- the genre(s) u want to listen to
- the tempo
- what time range you want to cover (u can do just 80's, 90's or 70's to current)

i burned myself with the radiator, my car wouldn't start, and while i was backing out of the garage (with my mom's car) i almost got into an accident - there was a cab behind me and our cars actually touched but i hit the breaks at the right (last) second.
i'm at work now, i wonder what else can happen ?

The wedding ring - recent story in the local paper:
A man went to the hospital to have his wedding ring cut off from his penis.
According to the Nurse attending, the patient's girl friend found thering in his pants pocket and she got so mad at him, she used petroleumjelly to slip the ring on his penis while he was asleep.
I don't know what's worse:
1) Having your girl friend find out you're married.
2) Explaining to your wife how your wedding ring got on your penis.
3) Or finding out your penis fits through your wedding ring.
he either has huge fingers or a really really small ...............

i just watched American History X for the 19th time yesterday, and i must say this movie only gets better the more i watch it, for those who haven't seen it, i strongly recommend it, i'd rate this my number one all time favorite movie
here's the end quote from the movie, which i found very touching
"Danny Vinyard: So I guess this is where I tell you what I learned - my conclusion, right? Well, my conclusion is: Hate is baggage. Life's too short to be pissed off all the time. It's just not worth it. Derek says it's always good to end a paper with a quote. He says someone else has already said it best. So if you can't top it, steal from them and go out strong. So I picked a guy I thought you'd like.'We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory will swell when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature.'"

i have been suffering with my car for the past year, it's been giving me a hard time, i've been at the dealers over 7 times within the past 2 months, I'VE HAD ENOUGH so and last week i decided that its time to go for a new car, something more dynamic, sleek, yet manly and rough.

in a discussion about what's an acceptable age gap between a man and a woman, one of my male friends said there was a rule:
half the man's age + 7 years and over is acceptable
funnily enough, we tested his theory on couples we know and it made total sense !
for ex harrison ford and calista flockheart (in the picture) seem fine to me, but some other celebrity couples take it to an extreme...
